Our expectation is that you bring substantial leadership experience and a good understanding of the day-to-day crucial tasks for optimising our apple growth. Your capability to embrace diverse cultures and prior experience working with an RSE team is essential. During peak seasons your commitment will entail working 6 days a week and will be reporting to the orchard manager.

The role:

Be part of a wider team as well as manage a small team of orchard hands
Assist with training of seasonal staff
Completing general orchard work, such as but not limited to redevelopment, tractor driving, spraying and pruning.

The successful candidates will have:

The successful candidate will have:

A minimum of 2-3 experience in orchard operations
Team leadership experience
Excellent time management skills
Good communication, verbal and written
Current full driver licence
