Freshco is seeking dedicated Orchard Hands to become part of our dynamic orchard teams. These permanent positions offer a variety of tasks and opportunities for growth within our company.

Key responsibilities:

Pruning: Maintain and enhance the health and productivity of our trees.
Tractor work: Operate tractors safely and efficiently for various orchard tasks.
General Orchard work: Assist with a wide range of tasks, including spraying and to support overall orchard operations.

Opportunities for Advancement:

Supervisor Roles: Potential for supervisory positions with on-the-job training provided.

The successful candidates will have:

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous orchard is advantageous but not required.
A current Growsafe Certificate is beneficial.
A Full driver’s licence is preferred.
