Quality Control Staff

Full-time - seasonal

We require Quality Control staff to complement our team which is focused on ensuring our product meets customer and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of fruit grade standards and phytosanitary requirements would be an advantage but if you possess the ability to apply yourself, think outside the square and have the right attitude, these skills are equally as important!

Our season is set to run from late January 2025 to August 2025.

We will be operating Monday to Saturday with a Day & Night shift.

Key responsibilities:

Inspection of fruit and packaging
Pest identification
Ensure accurate record keeping
Completion of records in our computer system
Communicating inspection findings to key staff
Ensure all Health and Safety and company policies are adhered to at all times

The successful candidates will have:

Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Basic computer abilities
A reasonable level of physical fitness is required as there is lifting of cartons up to 18kg
Team player
